Throughout the day, your emerging and advancing leaders participate in hands-on activities designed to improve communication, build emotional intelligence, and grow real leadership skills — not sit through slides about them.
International keynote speaker and corporate trainer, Jon Colby, has been empowering people with improv since 1998. His engaging, interactive approach has helped audiences across the globe become better communicators, leaders, teammates, and colleagues.
A graduate of the world-famous Second City Conservatory comedy program and an educator with 15 years of classroom experience, he's brought this same approach to organizations like American Express, Honda, Salesforce, and Charles Schwab.
