The Art & Science of Self-Improvement:
Understanding Yourself Better with TriMetrix EQ & Improv
Your personal assessment results, brought to life through improv
Most assessments end up in a drawer. This one ends up in action.
ABOUT THIS SESSION
Before the session, each participant completes the TriMetrix EQ assessment and receives a personal report covering three areas: behavior (DISC), what drives them (Driving Forces), and emotional intelligence. That's the science.
Then comes the art. Through improv games, participants see their results play out in real time: how they communicate, what they need from others, and where their blind spots live. Insights turn into new habits on the spot, not six months later.
How it works: Participants complete a short online assessment before the event. Individual reports are included. Works for groups of any size, from a single leadership team to a full conference.

"We hired Jon Colby to speak at our annual conference for Lightbridge Academy. He took the time to meet with our leadership team and several of the franchise owners one-on-one to understand our needs and then created a keynote to address them."
Questions About This Session
-
It's an online assessment that produces a personal report on three areas: behavioral style (DISC), motivators (Driving Forces), and emotional intelligence. Together they show how you act, why you act that way, and how you manage emotions.
-
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance: four behavioral styles that describe how people tend to approach problems, people, pace, and rules.
-
Most assessments end with a report. Here, participants immediately practice their insights through improv, so the results turn into new habits instead of a PDF nobody opens again.
